Wayne Hamilton is a veteran political strategist and consultant with decades of experience in government affairs, campaign management, and organizational leadership. He is a past Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas (RPT), where he oversaw a period of historic growth. Under his tenure, Texas Republicans gained 623 elected offices, achieving control of every statewide office and securing the first Republican majority in the Texas House of Representatives in 130 years. The fundraising records set during Hamilton’s leadership at the RPT still stand today.
